My research challenges dominant modes of knowledge production through methodologies of decentering. In employing alternative ways of knowing and immersive representational tools, the resulting projects seek to cultivate a pluriversal understanding of the world.

Grounded in the belief of a world of many worlds—be they constructed by self-organized cultures or by idiosyncratic individuals—my pedagogical approach meets students as existing world-builders, witting or unwitting.
